I’m Esther Howard, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Walnut Creek. My approach focuses on helping individuals find comfort within themselves and gain empowerment in their lives. Drawing from my extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Experiential Psychotherapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I incorporate somatic techniques to support my clients. I offer my services to individuals, adolescents, couples, and groups, guiding them on their journey toward personal growth and well-being.
